Me

My name is Tan Kai Hoong, born at Teluk Intan, Perak on 27/09/1988. Currently I’m staying at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. I’m taking Degree of Public Management in Universiti Utara Malaysia. This is my last semester and after this, I’m going to continue with my internship and the real working life. During this three years time in the university, I met a lot of different people, learn lot of thing. I always believe that university is a small piece of real world, once you step out from the varsity; the real world is just similar as the campus life. Can I perform well in the real world?

My family is small, I have two younger brothers, the elder is 21 years old and the youngest is 16 years old. My brother was working as a General Sales Executive in HSBC while the other was still studying. My dad was a business man and he is running a pest control company. Many people might never hear about pest control, but it is a common and familiar term for me and my family because my dad has experience in this for more than 25 years. My mom- a traditional housewife, doing house work is the routine task for her other than helping my dad with his documentation and accounts.

I am a talkative person; I like to talk because I believe that talking is the best way to let others to know more about us. Talking can be a way to know more friends, is a criteria for a friendly person. I love to mix around with people; lonely is the scariest thing for me. I scare to be alone for meal; alone for movie and so. If you know me, you will see that around me there are always a group of friends, but it is actually I’m mixing around with them~

My personality makes me likes to look around, visit around. I love travelling! I never miss for any vacation plan if I’m free and available~ By travelling, we can learn lots of thing and open my mind to the world. It’s interesting to look around, different people, and different culture. I’m enjoying the moment travelling and having fun with my friends! The place which I love to travel most is the place which has nice beaches and natural view. The world is getting sick; it doesn’t left much time for us to visit those nice places around the world. I hope I can visit as much places as I can before the place disappear~

During these three years of campus life, the luckiest thing for me is I’m able to get a girl friend. Although she’s from different university but it doesn’t give us much trouble. Some people said that if you are not able to get a partner in the campus, it‘s hard to get when we get into the real working life. I appreciate what I own by now, and I hope all this will stay forever.
